HEART MY HOME – WHY WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ?
In the UK, buying and moving home are recognized as one of the most stressful experiences in life.
So much can go wrong during these events…and usually does.
In Japan, we looked at pre-built houses offered by various companies, but they all seemed too similar and lacked any character.
So, we decided to design our home.
We chose Heart My Home and are glad we did so. It’s a company that provides a homogenous team – sales, architect and constructors within a single group.
The Sales team under Mr. Takahashi kept in contact whilst we tried to sell our home in London, providing a variety of new designs for our new house in Japan. Once we sold our house, they found land here and arranged all the legal documentation to purchase this land. They arranged all the financial transactions. For me, the most important thing was that Mr. Takahashi provided English translations of all questions…something he decided to do rather than I requested it.
The Architectural team under Mr. Iida were thoroughly professional. It involved many meetings which determined exactly what we wanted our house to be. The patience of Mr. Iida was extraordinary, given we would change our minds about things after every meeting. His input into our thoughts prevented us from making many mistakes which we would regret in the future such as the material for our flooring.
The Construction team under Mr. Morishima were great. It was outstanding watching the construction from its foundations to the finished home. The salt and sake ceremony at the beginning was unique experience for my family. The speed of construction was unbelievable – just 8 months. It would take years in the UK.
These are great people to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you. We have our dream home.

森嶋氏率いる建設チームもすばらしく、実に優れた工事を施して下さいました 基礎から完成まで作り上げていく過程を見させていただきましたが、それはすばらしい経験になりました
英国では何年もかかる作業になりますが、ここでは建設が始まり、８カ月という短期間に完成というのにも本当に驚きました 塩と酒の地鎮祭は英国にはない珍しい貴重な経験になりました
